We manage fully furnished homes across Greater Phoenix, with a focus on short- and mid-term stays. Most of our homes are 2–4 bedrooms in quiet, well-located neighborhoods.
All properties have self check-in with secure keyless entry. You’ll get detailed instructions by email and text before your stay begins.
You can text, call, or email us anytime. We’re quick to respond and happy to recommend local spots if you want help finding coffee, dinner, or hiking trails.
Every property is cleaned by a professional team between guests. For mid-term stays, we also offer optional biweekly housekeeping.
We handle everything: listing setup, guest communication, booking management, cleaning, maintenance, and performance tracking. You just get paid.
